Elliot Tool, Inc. was started on August 1, 2004. It is in its third generation and
continues to be a family owned and operated business. It was originally known as Elliot Tool and
Manufacturing Co. and was founded in 1945 by Mr. Bernard W. Piel, Sr. It was previously at the
corner of Elliot & Montgomery Streets in St. Louis, Missouri and was then moved to
4300 Finney Ave. in St. Louis, Missouri.
In 2006, the company moved to its present location of 4400 Gustine Ave., St. Louis, Missouri.
Elliot encompasses approximately four acres with over 90,000 square feet of administrative and
manufacturing facilities and has shipping and receiving capabilities.
